Directions for use:

First 10 days:

Take 1 ampoule (10ml) 2 times daily, preferably before breakfast and lunch.
In the following 10 days:
Decrease the intake to 1 ampoule (10ml) per day first thing in the morning.
Shake vigorously until the total dispersion of the active ingredients deposited.
Dissolve its content in a glass of water.
The indicated daily dose should not be exceeded.

Recommendations:

Not recommended for pregnant and lactating women and children.
Should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Should be taken with caution when taking antidepressants.
Rarely, some gastrointestinal disturbances may occur.
