Directions for use:

Take 1 tablet a day at bedtime with a glass of water. If necessary you can increase the dose to 2 tablets per day.
The indicated daily dose should not be exceeded.
It is recommended to increase fluid intake, a minimum of 1.5 L / day.
It should not be used for a period longer than 8-10 days.

Recommendations:

Not recommended for pregnant and lactating women and children under 12 years of age.
Should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Not recommended in cases of intestinal obstruction (ileus) and stenosis, atony, inflammatory bowel diseases (appendicitis, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, irritable bowel syndrome), abdominal pain of unknown origin and kidney disease.
