Directions for use

Take 1 tablet a day, one hour before bedtime, with a large glass of water. Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. This effect is achieved by taking 1 mg before going to bed.

Arkopharma Laboratories have developed Arkorelax® Sleep Forte 8H, the 1st product based on natural ingredients that aid sleep and supported by the principles of chronobiology, providing melatonin in dual release, rapid and prolonged.

Arkorelax® Sleep Forte 8H, thanks to the technology of the double-layer tablet manages to:

- Provide the optimal dose of melatonin in rapid release (1mg) and in prolonged release (0.9mg) for a complete night from bedtime to wake-up.
- The high concentration of plants recognized for their relaxing and sleep-promoting properties (Passionflower and Valerian), present in the rapid-release layer and California Poppy, present in the extended-release layer, which helps to reduce night awakenings.

Bulking agent: Cellulose
Extract of the aerial parts of California Poppy (Eschscholtzia californica Cham.)
Extract from the underground organs of Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.)
Extract from the aerial parts of Passiflora (Passiflora incarnata L.)
Anticaking agents: fatty acids, talc, magnesium salts of fatty acids and cross-linked cellulose gum
Maltodextrin
Spirulina coloring concentrate
Rice starch
Melatonin
Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine hydrochloride).
Coating of tablet: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose, fatty acids, cellulose, ethylcellulose, carnauba wax.

No titanium dioxide. Lactose-free. Gluten free.
