Dentaid HALITA Tongue Scraper

It has two sides:

Wavy profile - Special to fit the central depression of the tongue.
Smooth profile - Designed to clean the sides.

Mode of use:

For daily use to ensure good oral hygiene.

Clean the central part of the tongue, using the side of the tongue scraper that has the protrusion:

Grasp the tongue scraper handle so that the protrusion is at the bottom.
Stretch out your tongue and place the scraper in your mouth, trying to reach the furthest part of your tongue.
Press the tongue scraper against the central part of the tongue, pulling it all the way to the front of the mouth.
Rinse the tongue scraper with water.

Clean the sides of the tongue using the flat side of the tongue scraper:

Rinse the scraper after each pass.

Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.
