Clean the toothbrush before and after each use with lukewarm water. Check the toothbrush before and after each use and discard if worn or damaged. Do not boil, steam clean, or microwave sterilize. Do not wash it in the dishwasher. Dentists recommend changing toothbrushes every three months.
