Directions for use:

Clean and dry the outer part of the ear.
Shape the earplug into a ball shape.
Place the earplug at the entrance of the ear and flatten to prevent air from entering.
Do not insert into the ear canal, only cover the ear.

Warnings:

Do not use in scuba diving or at depths greater than 10 feet.
Recommended for children up to 6 years old, adult supervision required.
