How to use:

Using the hard end, insert the spongy segment of the floss between teeth, braces or wide interdental spaces. Gently pull back and forth to remove plaque. Move from the spongy part of the floss to the regular area. Gently slide the floss below the gum line. Wrap the tooth with the wire, curving it. Gently pull up and down to remove plaque.

Normal dentition:

Gently slide the regular strand of floss between the teeth and below the gum line as explained above. Use a clean area of the wire for each tooth.
