How to use

Fill the bag with water up to two thirds of its capacity, do not use boiling water.
To fill the bag, hold it by the neck in a vertical position, slowly pouring the hot water to avoid splashing.
Empty the air out of the bag completely by squeezing it gently on a flat surface until water appears at the opening.
Tighten the lid to an airtight seal to prevent leakage.

Warnings

Hot water bags can cause burns, avoid prolonged direct contact with the skin.
Do not fill the bag with water from your domestic water system as this could significantly reduce the life of the bag.
Avoid contact with hot surfaces.
Avoid contact with oil or grease.
When not using the bag, empty it completely and store it, uncovered, in a cool, dry, dark place.
Avoid exposure to sunlight.
Not to be used by children without adult supervision.
It should not be used by disabled or heat insensitive persons, nor should it be used on young children.
Should not be considered a toy.
