Mode of use

Pour the contents of a sachet of RhinoDouche Junior Salt into the bottle and fill it with 500 ml of warm tap water. Screwing in the cap of the nasal adapter and after preparation of the device can start irrigation. To do so, insert the pink end into the nasal hole and press gently.
You should press gently and steadily on the bottle (breathe through your mouth).
The liquid will come out through the other nasal cavity.
Repeat the steps over each nasal hole alternately until the solution is complete.
