Suacura Tea

Pour in 4 deciliters of boiling water, 1 tablespoonful bring to a boil again over low heat for about 30 seconds, stirring constantly with the spoon. Cover to infuse for 1/2 hour. Strain and make 1 to 2 cups fasting and the rest before or after main meals, always make hot with or without sugar.

Depending on the desired effects:

Pour 1, 2 or 3 tablespoons into 5 deciliters of water, proceed as above.
