Directions for use:

SHAKE BEFORE USE.
Children 3 to 6 years: Take 1 dessert spoon (10 ml) at bedtime. If necessary repeat the dose at breakfast.
Children 7 years and older: Take 1 tablespoon (15ml) at bedtime. Repeat, if necessary, at breakfast.
The indicated daily dose should not be exceeded.

Recommendations:

Not recommended for pregnant and lactating women and children under 3 years of age.
Should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Should be taken with caution with other agents of sedative action.
