Oral suspension in 30 ml dropper bottle

Directions for use

Administer 2 drops (1mg of melatonin) per day, directly in the mouth or diluted in water or juice. Take 30 minutes before bedtime.
Shake before taking.
The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.

What is it used for?

Insomnia

Composition

Melatonin - contributes to reducing the time required to fall asleep. This beneficial effect is obtained with a minimum daily dose of 1 mg at bedtime.
Vitamin B6 - contributes to normal psychological function and normal functioning of the nervous system.
Precautions

Do not take if you are allergic to any of the constituents of the supplement.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
In case of pregnancy, lactation or in children, consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking this product.
In case of diabetes it is advisable to monitor blood glucose more regularly. It should be taken with caution with other agents of sedative action, anxiolytics, antidepressants and oral anticoagulants. Drowsiness may occur in the first days of taking it, but tends to normalize with time. Caution is recommended when driving cars or using machinery.
