Aquilea Relax Valerian, Passionflower and Hawthorn was specially developed to help relaxation by promoting rest and sleep.
It contains a high concentration of Valerian (500mg) which, together with Passionflower and White Buckthorn, helps to relax with just one tablet a day. Aquilea Relax also promotes relaxation in periods of temporary stress.

Directions for use
As a relaxant: take 1 tablet a day, as needed.
To facilitate restful sleep: take 1 tablet 1 to 2 hours before bedtime.
The tablets should be taken whole and with plenty of water.
