Composition
Vitamin D (10 µg): in a study in Spain of women of childbearing age, it was observed that all of them had hypovitaminosis D and that one third were also deficient in vitamin D3 Optimal vitamin D levels in the preconception period are necessary to ensure adequate ranges in early pregnancy. Iodine: This is necessary for the proper development of the fetus. It is recommended to be supplied to women from the moment they plan their pregnancy, because it favors the correct growth and intellectual development of the fetus.
