How to use:

Cut out if necessary to adapt to the shape of the foot. Cut along the contour that matches the foot number or use the sole of the shoe as a guide. Remove the insole from the shoe and use only the Dr Scholl insole with the gel part facing down. We recommend that these insoles be replaced every six months. To clean, simply wipe with a cloth dampened in warm soapy water.
