How to use:

Hold a 40-50 cm piece of floss firmly between the index finger and the middle finger on each side, leaving a 2-3 cm piece of string between them. Insert the dental floss between the teeth using a gentle cutting motion. When the wire reaches the gum line, fold it against one of your teeth and slide it between the tooth and gum until you feel resistance. Repeat all of this on all your teeth using a clean piece of floss for each one.
