How to use:

Hold a 40-50 cm piece of dental tape between the index finger and the middle finger on each side, leaving a 2-3 cm portion of tape between them. Insert the dental tape between the teeth using a gentle cutting motion. When the tape reaches the gum line, fold it against one of your teeth and slide it between the tooth and gum until you feel resistance. Repeat all of this on all your teeth using a clean piece of dental tape for each one.
