Directions for use

Take 1 tablet a day, with a meal, or as directed by your doctor.
The tablet should be swallowed whole, without chewing, with a glass of water.

Ingredients

BioActive Selenium+Zinc contains 100 μg of Pharma Nord's pantentate yeast, enriched with high absorption organic selenium - SelenoPrecise. This yeast contains 67% L-selenomethionine and 33% other different forms of selenium, which corresponds to the natural variety that is consumed in a balanced diet rich in selenium. The selenium in the tablet is absorbed up to 89%. The absorption and effect of selenium seems to be enhanced when combined with vitamins C, E, B6 and zinc.

What is it good for?

Antioxidants protect against both free radicals from your own metabolism, as well as radicals from the environment, from contaminated air, ozone and different types of radiation.
