Directions for use

Melatonin contributes to reducing the time it takes to fall asleep. This effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin at bedtime.
Melatonin contributes to the relief of the subjective symptoms of jet lag, it is necessary to consume a minimum of 0.5 mg before going to bed on the first day of your trip and on the following days after arrival at your destination.
